Cajun-Style Sausage Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 48 Large mushrooms

  • 2 Eggs, beaten

  • 1 lb Bulk pork sausage, cooked,crumbled,and drained

  • 1 c Shredded swiss cheese

  • 1/4 c Mayonnaise

  • 3 Tbsp Butter or margarine, melted

  • 2 Tbsp Finely chopped onions

  • 2 tsp Spicy brown mustard

  • 1 tsp Garlic salt

  • 1 tsp Cajun Style Blackfish

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:

Remove stems from mushrooms and discard; set mushroom caps aside. In a mixing bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients. Stuff mixture into mushroom caps.

Place stuffed mushrooms into two greased 13×9 inch baking dishes. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 16-20 minutes or until heated through.

Yields: 48 Mushrooms
