Cajun-Style Sausage Mushrooms
Ingredients:
48 Large mushrooms
2 Eggs, beaten
1 lb Bulk pork sausage, cooked,crumbled,and drained
1 c Shredded swiss cheese
1/4 c Mayonnaise
3 Tbsp Butter or margarine, melted
2 Tbsp Finely chopped onions
2 tsp Spicy brown mustard
1 tsp Garlic salt
1 tsp Cajun Style Blackfish
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Remove stems from mushrooms and discard; set mushroom caps aside. In a mixing bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients. Stuff mixture into mushroom caps.
Place stuffed mushrooms into two greased 13×9 inch baking dishes. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 16-20 minutes or until heated through.
Yields: 48 Mushrooms
