Shipping Policy

Most orders placed will be shipped in 1-2 business days.Customer will be billed at the time of shipping. All credit cards are verified before shipping. All orders require a physical address.

Orders for products not immediately available will receive a confirmation of order that includes a notice of approximate availability.

Return Policy

To return an item, please send an email to chefdwt1@gmail.com and include your order information, reason for return, and contact information. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. Shipping costs on returned items will be paid by the customer. Items must be returned in original container.
